Dear runners and race walkers, we invite you to join us for another of the coldest, yet most joyful running events in Serbia. Let’s close this racing season in the most beautiful way possible.
The New Year’s SANTA RUN is primarily conceived as a recreational-sporting event in a beautiful festive atmosphere. So, put on a big smile, gloves, and your red suit, and come join us to create the largest Santa Run ever held in Belgrade.
EVENT
The second edition of the sporting event “NEW YEAR’S SANTA RUN” will take place on December 28, 2025, starting at 10:00 AM.
The event program includes two senior races:
- New Year's Ten Kilometer Race (10 km)
- New Year's Five Kilometer Race (5 km)
Note: The event is designed as a Santa Claus (and Mrs. Claus) race, so all participants will run in red Santa Claus costumes, which they will receive in their race kits.

HUMANITARIAN AND ENVIRONMENTAL ASPECT
The organizing team of the New Year’s SANTA RUN particularly emphasizes the importance of humanitarian actions, as well as the need to raise awareness among participants and spectators about ecology and environmental preservation.
During the first edition of the New Year’s SANTA RUN, participants particularly enjoyed our humanitarian action called ‘RUNNING TOYS,’ through which we collected a large number of New Year’s gift packages for children from the Orphanage. This time, we will be collecting exclusively new toys, as well as sweet and savory New Year’s packages, in order to bring smiles to as many children as possible.
ROUTE
In collaboration with the municipal authority of Stari Grad, we have prepared a fantastic race route for all participants of our event.
The Sava Waterfront, one of the most beautiful places for recreation in Belgrade, will host around 600 privileged runners from Serbia, the region, and other countries around the world, as a large number of tourists are expected in our capital during this time of the year.
EXPECTATIONS
The number of runners participating in the premiere edition of the New Year’s SANTA RUN this year is limited to 600, while the total expected number of visitors to our event, including spectators, volunteers, and everyone involved in the organization, will certainly exceed 1,000, making our event one of the largest recreational events. Therefore, hurry up to secure your complete participant race package on time and at the best price
